The Hertz Walpole advertising agency's offices were located here at 8 Kippax Street which began the partnership between the legendary Alan Johnston and Alan Morris who would go on to found Mojo advertising who created iconic campaigns for the Winfield Cup [Tina Turner], Tooheys [Feel Like a Tooheys] and many others. They also created Australian cricket's 'C'mon Aussie C'mon'.
